Salmon, macaroons and unicorn lattes – a few words I’d use when describing Bello the Shelter. In addition to having your normal breakfast suspects (granola, smashed avo etc.) they also do some seriously funky flavour combos.
While unsuspecting from the outside, this Burwood staple is worthy of a visit if you’d like to spice up your brunch life with some flavoursome and very Insta-friendly #breakfastinsydney.

- a strawberry latte
- “My boyfriend is mean” – salmon and macaroons with passionfruit pulp, feta, vine cherry tomatoes, dried apricots, caviar, cress, dill and a creme fraiche bagel
- the avo buns avocado burger with smoked salmon, capers, dill, mascarpone cheese, onion, cucumber, tomato, oak lettuce and a fried egg
- the smashed avocado with cherry tomatoes, labneh, zaatar, and goji berries on toasted sourdough + a poached egg
