Sides include;

  • roast pumpkin
  • charred cauliflower
  • seasonal greens and avocado
  • medley tomato and baby basil
  • kimchi
  • zoodles and basil pesto

Proteins include;

  •  a poached egg

  • local haloumi (a family member makes it and it is DELICIOUS)
  • 12-hour braised lamb
  • spiced salmon fillet

Dressings include;

  • lemon and dijon
  • smoked beetroot yoghurt
  • sweet chilli and lime

They’ve also introduced the mouth-wateringly delicious “Halou-mi Melons” salad featuring charred haloumi, watermelon, a fresh herb salad, toasted wholemeal pita, avocado slices and a honey, sumac and white balsamic dressing.
