Soho is jam-packed with awesome cafes, and Ruby’s Cafe is no exception. These guys were responsible for one of our favourite breakfasts in New York.
They serve up Australian-inspired fare (yes, that means their coffee is great!) and are open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- the avo toast which comes on eight grain or ciabatta style bread, with a poached egg
- the green eggs bowl with a soft scramble, spinach, kale, avocado, and salsa verde
- the breakfast bowl with a poached egg, pesto brown rice, greens, zucchini, and avocado
- a green machine smoothie
- a chai latte and a regular latte
