1/2 a banana, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 2 tbsp full fat Greek yoghurt, 1 & 1/2 cups of unsweetened almond milk, a pinch of cinnamon, a pinch of nutmeg, 10g LSA mix, & 20g baby spinach. Blend and enjoy! (Makes 1)
