Who needs the Mitchell Freeway? Another awesome brunch spot has opened its doors south of the river and we couldn’t be happier. Shelley newbie, The Tribute Coffee and Kitchen, is serving up tasty morsels like activated ancient grain porridge, a mushroom medley, kombucha, cold pressed juices and specialty tea.
While I couldn’t resist their cute takeaway cups for a photo opp, I was delighted to learn that they provide a discount for the BYO, re-usable variety.
The space is airy and bright and the food is top knotch.
- the smashed avocado on MSB organic sourdough with dukkah crusted feta, beetroot puree, and zaatar + a poached egg
- the nourish bowl with black quinoa, a poached egg, haloumi, seasonal greens, dukkah, pickled radish, carrot and a tahini dressing
